  • A 60–90 minute virtual session to create a personalized postpartum care plan

  • Topics include physical recovery, newborn care, emotional well-being, partner & family roles, household readiness, and a resource list

  • 📦 Add-on Option: Follow-up postpartum check-ins ($40 per session) for additional support after baby arrives
